UK domestic shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 7 days of processing your order.
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
UK shipping is free via parcel force 48 hour tracked and signed.
International Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
RETURNS
We work to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange.
To make a return:
Items must be [unused/unworn]
Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
To return a product, send the product back to BT Blades Cricket, 40 Belmont Heights, Basingstoke RG22 4RW, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
